Caine was a delight to work with . He was always clear as to the order in which he intended to work, often calling our attention to extra things he believed he needed to do. We were aware that some of the things he did may not have been included in the original quote, but it always seemed to us that achieving satisfaction of a job well done was his main priority.
He was a delight to have in the house ( loves dogs! ) and we always felt completely comfortable leaving him alone alone in the house when we had to be elsewhere.
Overall a wonderful experience. Meticulous, reliable and above always sensitive to customers’ needs. We have already engaged Caine to do more work early in 2024. Could not recommend him too highly.
